• Property: Manufactured using aluminum die-casting technology, this component serves as the core heat-dissipation structure for high-power LED outdoor streetlights, combining heat dissipation, protection, and installation functions.

• Design:

1. Thermal Management Structure: The densely packed, parallel fin design on the top significantly increases the surface area for air contact, enabling rapid heat dissipation from the LED light source. This prevents overheating and degradation of the light source, ensuring long-term stable operation outdoors.

2. Installation Compatibility: The integrated housing features a built-in light source mounting cavity and wiring ports, making it suitable for outdoor waterproof wiring requirements. The pre-installed mounting holes at the bottom allow direct attachment to lamp poles.

3. Material Properties: The aluminum alloy material is lightweight, highly thermally conductive, and boasts excellent corrosion resistance. Its gray powder-coated surface provides protection against outdoor weathering and wind and rain, thereby extending its service life.
