• Structural design

1. Multi-channel integration: The central large-diameter channel serves as the primary coolant passage, while side channels of various specifications are connected to the pump, radiator, and heater circuits, enabling the diversion and circulation control of the coolant.

2. Thermostat Installation Cavity: The internally reserved cavity is designed for installing the thermostat, which automatically regulates the coolant flow via a temperature-sensing element, thereby maintaining the engine at its optimal operating temperature.

3. Sensor Interface: The reserved threaded hole allows for the installation of a water temperature sensor, which monitors the coolant temperature in real time and feeds the data back to the vehicle’s ECU.
