• Structural Design

1. Heat-dissipating fin design: The parallel fins on the side significantly increase the heat dissipation area, effectively reducing the temperature of compressed air and enhancing the efficiency and stability of the air compressor.

2. Integrated Cavity Structure: The internal hollow cavity is designed to house core moving components such as the piston and connecting rod, while the mounting surface at the top is used for assembling the cylinder head and valve assembly.

3. Multi-interface design: The circular hole on the side is designed for installing a pressure gauge, safety valve, or exhaust valve; the bracket structure at the bottom allows the pump head to be securely mounted onto the equipment base.

4. Reinforced Rib Structure: The shell’s reinforced rib design enhances overall rigidity, enabling it to withstand the impact of high-pressure gases as well as vibrations from prolonged operation.
