• Structural design

1. Dual-chamber integrated structure: One side features a large-diameter interface connected to the turbine end, while the other side’s chamber is designed to accommodate the bearing and intermediate component, enabling power transmission as well as lubrication and heat dissipation.

2. Installation positioning interface: The bolt holes and positioning bosses at the top are used to secure the compressor casing and turbine casing, ensuring coaxiality and assembly accuracy.

3. Integrated Oil and Water Channels: The internally pre-installed lubrication oil channels and coolant passages enable forced cooling and lubrication of the bearings, thereby enhancing the reliability and service life of the turbocharger.
