Description

Material and Manufacturing Process: Made from high-strength aluminum alloy die-cast, with a precisely machined surface, this product boasts high compressive strength and excellent wear resistance, enabling it to withstand high-pressure filtration conditions.
Structural Design
Grid-pattern filter surface: The dense grid texture on the surface supports the filter cloth and forms channels for the filtrate, allowing liquid to quickly drain along the grid after passing through the filter cloth.
Central feed port: The central circular hole serves as the feed channel for the slurry, ensuring that the material is evenly distributed across the filter cloth surface.
Installation positioning: The bolt holes at the four corners and the ear-shaped structures on the sides are used for stacking and clamping the filter plates as well as for overall positioning, ensuring a tight seal and stable operation.
Application scenario: Primarily used in filter press equipment, this technology achieves solid-liquid separation in industries such as chemical processing, mining, and wastewater treatment. Under high-pressure squeezing, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged, while the filter cake remains trapped between the filter plates.
